REFUNDS

At this time we do not issue refunds on every item. As our business grows we will be sure to implement a return and exchange policy. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

However, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you purchase any leather products and they don't meet your expectation or fit perfectly, you can return them within 7 days of your delivery date. Please note that you're responsible for return shipping costs, but rest assured that upon receiving the items, we'll initiate the refund process. 

Expect the refunded amount to be deposited back into your account within 5-7 business days. This refund policy applies exclusively to our leather products. 

Please email your name and order number to muse@everydaymuse.com for the return delivery address.  

 

PROCESSING + SHIPPING

At Everyday Muse we work quickly to process and ship your order, if you need to make any changes to your order please contact our support team at muse@everydaymuse.com. We can only make changes to your order if it has not been shipped out. Please ensure the items in your order and address are correct before purchasing. 

Please allow 24 hours from the time of purchase for processing to begin. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking information.
